This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient hearing aid services, and an excellent patient experience. What You'll Do Assist audiologists with hearing aid fittings, checks, and troubleshooting Clean, maintain, and perform minor repairs on hearing devices Track, order, and prepare hearing aids and accessories for patient use Manage repairs, warranties, and patient follow-up for device pickups Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure clinical rooms are prepared daily Provide excellent customer service to patients, including walk-in support Document patient interactions and assist with scheduling and basic front desk tasks What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong organization and attention to detail Customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred) Comfortable working with technology and small electronic devices Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Experience Experience in audiology, ENT, medical assisting, or device repair Familiarity with EMR systems or medical office workflows Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay Stable, team-oriented healthcare environment Opportunity to grow within audiology services Meaningful work improving patients' quality of life Work Environment This role requires standing, walking, and hands-on work with small devices throughout the day in a clinical setting.
