Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Travel Bilingual Medical Assistant, serving the vibrant Metro/Atlanta area! In this energetic role, you will provide essential clinical and administrative support across diverse outpatient and inpatient settings, ensuring exceptional patient care and smooth clinic operations. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, vital signs, and updating electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately. Support physicians and healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and consultations. Manage medical documentation meticulously, including medical records management, and detailed note-taking for accurate billing and compliance. Conduct patient education in both English and Spanish (or other relevant languages), explaining procedures, medication instructions, and follow-up care clearly. Maintain clinical environment cleanliness and organization while adhering to infection control protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various facilities to coordinate patient care efficiently and effectively. Experience Proven medical office experience with a strong foundation in outpatient or inpatient settings; dermatology or urgent care experience highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems and medical documentation practices. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, ICD coding, and basic life support (BLS). Prior hospital or trauma center experience—Level I or Level II trauma center—will be considered a significant advantage. Experience working in diverse environments such as emergency medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, or PICU is highly valued. Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical workflows while maintaining high standards of patient service and safety. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations.
