Full Job Description Description:
The Urology Medical Assistant assists with office procedures as directed by physicians, taking vitals, draw blood (phlebotomy), handles lab telephone calls, and more at The Essentials Center. This role serves as a liaison between the patients, physicians/providers, and other staff members. Major Duties and Responsibilities Ordering supplies/ stocking rooms Run urinalysis tests, vitals, etc. Liaison between the patients/physicians/ other staff Prepping records/patient charts for clinic Cleaning of instruments Chaperoning during exams Assisting with clinic procedures Lab orderingRequirements:
Experience and Education •Candidates for this position are required to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.•Hiring Manager:
Michele Fanning Minimum of 6-12 months in current position required. Must be in good standing and performing at or above expectations in current role.
