  • Hamilton Mill/Buford, GA Balanced Bodies is a growing wellness and hormone optimization clinic seeking an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, modern healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming experience for every patient while supporting both clinical and administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and medication information Prepare patients for examinations, consultations, and treatments Assist providers during patient visits and procedures Perform blood draws and process laboratory specimens Administer injections as directed by the provider Review treatment instructions and reinforce patient education Schedule appointments and respond to patient calls and messages Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records Manage inventory and ensure exam and treatment rooms remain clean and stocked Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and clinic safety procedures Assist with additional front-office and clinical duties as needed Qualifications Current Medical Assistant certification Phlebotomy experience required Experience administering injections preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using electronic medical records and basic office software Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, wellness, aesthetics, or functional medicine is a plus What We Are Looking For Friendly, upbeat, and compassionate Dependable and punctual Confident interacting with patients Able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Interested in health, wellness, hormone optimization, and preventive care Excited to grow with a new and expanding practice
