Job Description
About us MedLife Primary & Urgent Care Medical Assistant Urgent and Primary care clinic is looking for an experienced individual to perform a variety of patient care activities, including imaging. Seeking confident, organized, responsible individual with great customer service skills and initiative who is comfortable with electronic medical records, clinical knowledge and terminology, performing basic X-rays, ECGs, obtaining medical history and vital statistics, preparing and administering medications as directed by provider, splinting of extremity injuries, inventory of medical supplies and equipment, explanation of treatment procedures, medications and provider instructions to patients. High volume practice, Urgent Care or ER experience and experience in both front and back office procedures a plus. At least one year of experience in a physician office or hospital setting is preferred. Looking for individuals who can work days, evenings and weekends. Please provide resume in WORD or PDF format.
