Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a medical office setting. Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accuracy of patient data
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and efficiently
- Assist with medical collections and processing payments
- File medical records and documents accurately Requirements
- Experience in medical assisting skills (phlebotomy, taking vital signs and medical histories)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
