Job Description

We are hiring a Medical Assistant for an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! To be considered for this position, you must have medical assistant experience. While we will train you on our processes, we expect you to have the basic MA skills already. At HVC we invest in you and your career growth by conducting monthly lunch n' learns, reimbursing certification costs for any job required certifications as well as providing scrubs.
Benefits:

Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends Duties may include but not limited to: Full triage Taking manual vitals/blood pressure EKG's Recording and updating patient information Chart prep Phlebotomy Medication refills Some travel may sporadically be required between other HVC offices to cover for PTO and sick leave. Mileage is reimbursed when travelling between offices.
Requirements:
Dependable team player is a must. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. If not already a nationally certified medical assistant, will be required to gain certification within six months of employment. (ex.
CMA, CCMA, RMA, AAMA, NCMA, NCCT
