North Atlanta ENT and Allergy is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team with locations in Alpharetta, Cumming and Dawsonville. This candidate requires performing general duties required of a medical assistant, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to bring a strong patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

Complete basic medical assistant duties including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, etc. Review of medical history and medical record reconciliation into EMR Assist the providers with minor in-office procedures Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms and equipment including sterilization of instruments and sterile setup Perform CT procedures & provide clear imaging results as directed by the physician Assist with lab orders, outside imaging orders and therapy referrals Phlebotomy and injection background preferred Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2 yrs Experience working in ENT with Allergy experience (preferred) Familiarity working with CT Experience with ModMed a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Certifications and licenses that apply
