Position Summary We're seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant who thrives in a high-touch, wellness-forward environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in supporting hormone optimization, weight loss protocols, and regenerative medicine services such as peptides, IV therapy, and PRP. You'll play a central role in patient care, provider support, and clinical operations — all while contributing to a culture grounded in excellence, teamwork, innovation, and whole-person health. Core Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support Welcome and room patients; collect vitals and histories with warmth and professionalism Assist with hormone pellet prep, weight-loss injections, peptide and IV administration Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for diagnostic testing Provide post-visit instructions and supplement education under provider supervision Keep treatment areas sanitized, stocked, and spa-level clean Operations & Team Support Ensure timely flow of appointments and coordination of labs and follow-ups Document care accurately in EMR and support scheduling/logistics as needed Help maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical SOPs Cross-collaborate with Trinity Med Spa team when needed for shared patients Culture & Client Experience Embody our shared commitment to patient-centered excellence and wellness lifestyle Anticipate patient needs, remember their preferences, and ensure every visit feels VIP Step in to support teammates; celebrate wins and bring positive energy to the clinic daily Participate in huddles, training, and growth initiatives across both clinical and spa teams Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) 2+ years of experience in a functional, concierge, or wellness-integrated clinical setting Skilled in phlebotomy, EMR documentation, and supporting procedural care Familiarity with hormone therapy, peptides, and IV therapy highly preferred Team-first mindset with high attention to detail and proactive communication BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain) Spanish-English bilingual a plus What We Offer Competitive pay with performance incentives Access to cutting-edge training in HRT, peptides, regenerative therapies Wellness service discounts across both CTHC and Trinity Med Spa Growth potential in a forward-thinking, supportive clinical environment A culture of client-centered excellence, team as family, and luxury + wellness integration How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing your experience with hormone optimization, wellness support, or regenerative therapies.
