Job Description

We are a large oncology practice, looking fora dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our oncology practice. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Full-time 40 hurs per week. Team player Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication reconciliation. Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during office visits and procedures. Administer injections and medications as permitted by certification and state regulations. Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures as required. Coordinate patient care, referrals, and diagnostic testing. Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Communicate effectively with patients, families, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers. Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and equipment according to infection control standards. Support the clinical team in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate oncology care.
