Job Description

We are seeking a bright, reliable, self-motivated Acupuncture & Chiropractic medical assistant. Looking for someone who will communicate with insurance companies and law offices, under healthcare provider, evaluates and interprets medical treatment records, medical diagnostic coding and billing information; performs related work as assigned. Proficiency in the following areas is preferred:
  • Ability to work well in a team environment. Being able to triage priorities, delegate tasks if needed, and handle medical claims in a reasonable fashion.
  • Review and analyze medical records and patient information to accurately assign medical codes for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure documentation and billing practices.
