Full Job Description Job Description:

Sunnywell is looking for a friendly and reliable Medical Assistant who speaks both Korean and English. This role involves assisting with daily office tasks, communicating with patients, and helping ensure smooth clinic operations. No front desk - each team member works from their own desk and supports patients directly.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and assist patients in Korean and English Schedule and confirm appointments Check in patients and collect basic information Communicate with patients regarding paperwork and follow-ups Assist with general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Korean and English Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Organized and detail-oriented Prior medical office experience is a plus (not required)
