Duties Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments with professionalism and efficiency Take vital signs, record medical histories, and update patient records accurately in electronic health record systems Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and availability of necessary supplies Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and follow-up care instructions clearly and compassionately Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing paperwork Collect lab specimens, perform basic diagnostic tests, and assist with minor medical procedures as directed Maintain confidentiality of patient information while adhering to all privacy regulations and safety protocols Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare certifications are a plus Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to interact warmly with patients of all ages Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), and basic clinical procedures Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is desirable but not mandatory A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient care Embark on a rewarding career path where your dedication directly impacts patient well-being!
