What You'll Do As an Orthopedic Medical Assistant / X-Ray Support at OrthoAtlanta, you'll: Primarily function in a Medical Assistant capacity while also assisting with x-ray duties when needed.
Guiding Patients :
Escort patients to exam rooms, assist with dressing/undressing, and ensure comfort and privacy
Prepare surgical orders, schedule lab tests and diagnostic procedures, obtain test results, and manage medical clearances for surgeries
Communication and Follow-Up :
Manage patient callbacks regarding messages, prescriptions, and referrals; monitor and respond to physician queues
DME Support :
