This is a PRN position with day and overnight assignments. Care may be provided in private residences or our corporate hotel locations throughout metro Atlanta. The current primary location is Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and document vital signs Assist patients with walking, positioning, hygiene, meals, and hydration Assist with compression garments and other post-operative supplies Monitor and document drainage and other changes according to the patient's care plan Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed medication routines within the permitted scope of practice Administer injections only when properly ordered, delegated, supervised, and permitted under Georgia law and NYNA policy Observe patients for changes and promptly notify the supervising nurse Maintain a clean and safe recovery environment Complete accurate and timely shift documentation

Requirements:

Current Certified Medical Assistant credential Current CPR/BLS certification At least one year of clinical experience preferred Cosmetic surgery, post-operative, private-duty, or home-care experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation Availability for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN assignments Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and dependable attendance Ability to work independently while following the established care plan Must successfully complete background and reference checks

Pay:

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience and assignment. This position is ideal for a compassionate medical professional who understands that the first days following cosmetic surgery require close observation, patience, professionalism, and attentive care.
