Pediatric Certified Medical Assistant Woodstock, GA | $20-$22/hour | Temp-to-Hire Make a Difference in Little Lives Are you a Certified Medical Assistant with pediatric experience who enjoys working with children and families? Our client is seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Certified Medical Assistant to join a thriving practice in Woodstock, GA . This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and welcoming work environment , with the potential to become a long-term member of the practice. What You'll Do In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering quality care to pediatric patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing hands-on care to pediatric patients, including taking vital signs and collecting demographic information Administering immunizations and performing blood draws on infants Performing feNO, spirometry, and nebulizer treatments Conducting hearing and vision screenings Accurately utilizing the GRITS system Supporting the clinical team in creating a positive experience for children and their families Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM One Saturday per month during the non-busy season Multiple Saturdays may be required during sick season One late day is required as part of the regular schedule Requirements Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Previous pediatric medical office experience preferred Experience working directly with infants and children is a plus Working knowledge of the GRITS immunization registry Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric practice Why You'll Love This Opportunity Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with a thriving pediatric practice Temp-to-hire opportunity Paid Weekly Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young patients every day Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
