Overview Looking for reliable team players who are willing to learn and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. We are a growing multi-group practice that specializes in family medicine, pain management, orthopedics, and urgent care. Seeking Medical Assistants to join a team of medical professionals in the Kaneohe area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare examination rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits. Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, accurately documenting all findings in electronic health records (EHR). Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, updating personal information, and explaining procedures clearly. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments Conduct routine procedures such as EKGs, specimen collection Manage medical documentation efficiently, including coding diagnoses with ICD codes, updating medical records, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Handle medical administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a comfortable environment Collaborate with the medical team to deliver quality care in outpatient, and urgent care settings Skills /
Experiences:
Proficient in coding and medical terminology Strong knowledge of physiology and medical procedures Ability to perform vital sign assessments accurately Excellent medical administrative support skills Prior experience working in medical offices with a focus on internal medicine, or urgent care is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and record management. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Kaneohe Office Hours:
Daily 8:00 am - 7:00pm; Must be available to work rotating weekends.
