The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and administrative support within our clinic. This position requires a strong communication skills, reliability, and excellent customer service skill. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for patient services. Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Assist doctors with patient care typical of medical assistant responsibilities. Experience No prior medical experience necessary. Will train on the job.
