Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36 Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (MA) to join our highly committed and dynamic team at our Fayette, Iowa clinic as we provide excellent quality care to patients of all ages.
What You'll Do:
As a Medical Assistant (MA), you will play a direct role in providing
LOVE + MEDICINE
for a broad range of patients. You will be expected to perform in a fast-paced clinical and professional environment, while helping deliver patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
What's Available:
Full-time, 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE) Starting pay of $21.34/hr and up, based on your years of experience. Generous benefit package.
What You'll Need:
High School diploma or equivalency. Certification is required within 18 months of hire date by one of the following certifying boards: American Association of Medical Assistants as a Certified Medical Assistant National Health Career Association as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant National Center for Competency Testing as a National Certified Medical Assistant American Medical Technologists as a Registered Medical Assistant National Association for Health Professionals as a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant Prior Clinic MA experience preferred.
