Our Administrative Assistant Team responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling patient appointments, confirmation of schedules, answering the phone, check in and check out of patients for their appointment, and collecting co-payments. Must have the ability to communicate well with other members of the healthcare team and our patients.
