Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care and skincare services.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of skincare products and treatments Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Rooming patients and preparing them for visits/procedures Obtaining and documenting vital signs Patient intake and updating medical records Phlebotomy/blood draws Assisting providers during appointments and procedures Medical billing and insurance documentation Maintaining cleanliness and organization of exam rooms Accurate charting and compliance with office protocols
Qualifications:
Previous medical assistant experience preferred Phlebotomy experience required Knowledge of skincare or aesthetics preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with EMR systems and medical billing is a plus
Schedule:
Monday 9 AM
  • 5 PM Tuesday 10 AM
  • 7 PM Wednesday 10 AM
  • 7 PM Thursday 10 AM
  • 7 PM Friday 9 AM
  • 5 PM Occasional weekends by appointment only.
Pay:
$18.00
  • $26.
00 per hour
