Job Description

•$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!• This position is eligible for a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!
The pay-out schedule is:
$1,500 at time of hire, $1,500 after one year of employment.​​​​ Current Rush employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Position Summary Responsible for the care and comfort of pediatric patients and their families. Responsible for rooming patients; taking vital signs; performing point of care testing; administering vaccines; assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient. This position may support three practices: RUSH Pediatrics Aurora, RUSH Pediatrics Aurora Ridge, and RUSH Pediatrics & Family Medicine - Oswego. This position is for 36-40 hours a week. The shifts hours vary - 4 weekdays in the 7:30 am-5:30pm time window and one weekday10am-7:30 pm. One Saturday morning per month. 7:45-12:15.
Position Requirements:
CCMA, CMA or RMA Certification Certified in CPR Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic). Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful. Excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented Flexible; able to adapt to change Bilingual in Spanish highly valued Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
