Experience with Dermatology and Scribing using Modernizing Medicine's EMA solution or another similar EMR a plus! We are looking for an MA to join our team who has a great attitude, able to work well in a group, can handle fast pace environment and maintain confidential patient records. We have a great group of staff and really promote a team environment. You must be comfortable working on an iPad and/or general PC office computer programs, as well as having good time management skills.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Rooming patients and obtaining HPI Presenting patient details to physician or physician assistant Scribing the office visit Assisting in biopsies, blood draws, and performing minor injections Returning patient phone calls and patient education At least 1 year experience with EMR within a medical practice a PLUS!
