We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the well-being of patients and work in a fast-paced medical environment.
Duties:
  • Perform basic patient care duties, including taking Client intake.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with procedures and treatments
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
  • Conduct basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with coding and billing processes
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
