Role:

The Medical Assistant•ENT supports providers in delivering high-quality care within an ear, nose, and throat specialty setting. This role assists with both clinical and administrative functions to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for exams, including obtaining vital signs and medical history Assist providers with ENT-specific procedures and treatments Perform clinical tasks such as ear irrigations, suture removal, and specimen collection as directed Document patient information accurately in EPIC Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely rooming and turnover Support scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care as needed Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and equipment Provide patient education and instructions as directed by providers Benefits & Compensation •

Qualifications:
