Medical Assistant Certified

at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Yorkville, Illinois, United States Job Description Position Summary Exciting opportunity for a CMA with an interest in sports medicine! Certified Medical Assistants are responsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families. Responsibilities include rooming patients; taking vital signs; performing phlebotomy; assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient.

Position Requirements:

+ MA or RMA Certification + Certified in CPR + Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic). + Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful. + Excellent oral/written communication skills + Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented + Flexible; able to adapt to change Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
