We are a patient-centered treatment facility focused on helping adults overcome addiction and mental health challenges. Our team is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care that empowers patients on their recovery journey. Job Summary We are looking for a Medical Assistant to support the daily clinical and clerical operations of our medical staff. This role works closely with physicians, nurses, and providers to ensure patients receive excellent care while keeping our medical team running smoothly. What You'll Do Build rapport with patients, gather histories, and support patient care. Assist with exams and procedures, including vitals, blood draws, and injections (if trained). Prepare patient rooms and maintain medical supplies. Schedule appointments and coordinate with labs and outside providers. Record patient information, observations, and activities in charts accurately and on time. Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and Title 42 CFR regulations. Support safety and emergency procedures when needed. Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and clinical staff. Attend team meetings and contribute to department goals. What We're Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) preferred. Previous Medical Assistant experience is required. CPR Certification required. Experience in addiction, substance use disorder, or mental health treatment strongly preferred. Proficiency with EMR systems (KIPU a plus) and Google/Microsoft Office tools.
