Check out this awesome, part time role as a Medical Assistant with Gameday Men's Health Bloomington. We need help on Mondays! Flexible if you need to leave mid-afternoon! You'll be spending the day meeting and talking to men about getting healthy as part of a team on a mission to get guys feeling their best. The practice specializes in TRT, Weight Loss, ED/Sexual Health & Wellness, and has some niche peptide and Vitamin shots to round it out. We have an in-house, high speed lab to get results quick, and will partner within the community to refer men out for issues we identify that aren't in our wheelhouse. You'll have daylight hours, no weekends/nights. High quality of life and work/life balance. Opportunities to go to community events. Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable. Maintain clean, organized and welcoming procedure rooms. Assist with appointment scheduling when needed. Checking Patient Vitals and recording in our EMR system Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients Assisting in lab operations Injections (Testosterone, Weight Loss, Gonadorelin, B12, other vitamins) Assisting medical providers with patient care Ensure all lab results and patient procedures are accurately recorded in the EMR, maintaining quality and adhering to HIPAA protocol.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with patients in-person, on the phone, and online. Experience drawing blood and comfortable doing it frequently. Basic understanding of men's health topics (TRT, weight loss, ED treatments) or willingness to learn. Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, labs, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred but not required. We'll train you. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing appointments and patient records. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high growth and fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Team player mentality and positive outlook! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
