Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in urgent care settings, and the medical field .Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Obtain and record patient medical histories and vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records
Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and patient service skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with exposure to various specialties and patient populations.
Pay:
