Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Lebanon, IN. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting providers by delivering both clinical and administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care. This position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for exams and record vital signs and medical history Assist providers during procedures and treatments Perform EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, and specimen collection Maintain accurate EHR documentation Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards Support front office duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Preferred. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
