The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring that patients receive the best possible support during their visits. This position requires a teachable attitude and strong people skills. Responsibilities Turn over exam rooms and bring patients back. Prepare patients for their appointments by taking medical histories and reconciling medications. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical coding standards. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and conducive to patient care. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant is desirable but not required. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
