We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and personable clinical team member with a current CMA, CNA, or EMT certification. This position is especially well suited for someone currently pursuing nursing, pre-med, pre-PA, paramedic, or another healthcare-related degree who wants meaningful hands-on experience in a specialty outpatient setting. We are less concerned with your exact certification and more interested in finding the right person: someone who is comfortable with patients, eager to learn, dependable, and interested in growing with a small healthcare practice. The position is currently approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a larger or full-time role as the clinic continues to grow.

We are willing to train the right person. We value attitude, reliability, patient interaction, curiosity, and willingness to learn more than having years of previous specialty experience. Extremely Student-Friendly Schedule We understand how difficult it can be to work in healthcare while completing school. Our clinic is intentionally flexible with employees who are continuing their education. We are happy to work around class schedules, clinical rotations, exams, and changing semester schedules whenever possible. Our current clinic schedule is approximately three days per week, generally around 9:30 AM-8:30 PM, but employees are not necessarily expected to work the entire clinic day. There are also periods of downtime while patients are completing monitored treatments. Employees may work on school assignments or study during appropriate downtime, provided patient care and clinic responsibilities remain the priority. For the right nursing, pre-med, pre-PA, or other healthcare student, this can be an excellent opportunity to earn income while gaining direct patient-care experience and still having time to work toward the next stage of their career. Schedule Approximately 20-30 hours per week Part-time position initially Clinic currently operates approximately 3 days per week Current clinic hours approximately 9:30 AM-8:30 PM Flexible shift lengths Employees are not necessarily required to work the entire clinic day Significant flexibility around school schedules Additional hours likely as the clinic grows Potential opportunity to transition into full-time employment Opportunity to Learn and Grow Perfect Balance Infusion Spa is a growing specialty practice, and we want someone who wants to grow with us. Because we are a smaller clinic, employees have the opportunity to learn much more than they might in a highly segmented hospital or large health-system position. You may gain exposure to mental health treatment, medication monitoring, patient education, specialty pharmacy processes, insurance workflows, scheduling, documentation, and the day-to-day operation of an independent medical practice. We encourage employees to ask questions, understand why we do things, and develop professionally. Someone who proves dependable, takes initiative, works well with patients, and becomes an important part of the team may have the opportunity for increased responsibilities, additional hours, and eventual full-time employment as the clinic expands. The Person We Want We are looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable talking with patients Compassionate and nonjudgmental Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Able to multitask Comfortable using computers and learning new software Organized Willing to help with both clinical and administrative tasks Interested in learning and developing professionally Excited about working in a small, growing healthcare practice You do not need to know everything when you start. We would much rather hire someone intelligent, motivated, personable, and eager to learn.
