Responsibilities Greet and room patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in process Schedule appointments and answer patient questions via phone and in person Take patient vitals and assist with clinical procedures such as drawing blood and administering vaccines Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation Support clinical staff with various duties to ensure smooth daily operations Build collaborative relationships with the healthcare team to facilitate quality patient care Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship Strong proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and taking vitals Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members Attention to detail in documentation and clinical tasks Strong computer skills to operate medical software and manage patient records Additional Skills & Requirements Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred Experience working with pediatric patients aged 2 and above Bilingual skills are preferred to better serve diverse patient populations Ability to work flexible hours around scheduled shifts Enjoy working in a community-focused healthcare environment dedicated to health education and outreach If you are committed to delivering compassionate patient care and eager to contribute to a supportive clinical team, apply now to become a vital part of this primary care practice that values your skills and dedication.
