We do offer programs to help you get your Basic Life Support ( BLS ) certification. + Prepare patients for podiatric exams by taking vitals reviewing medical history and setting up exam rooms + Assist with foot and ankle procedures including wound care nail treatments and minor surgeries + Sterilize instruments apply dressings or splints and support infection control protocols + Educate patients on diabetic foot care orthotics wound care and post-treatment instructions + Manage scheduling insurance verification referrals and EMR documentation for podiatry visits Qualifications + Graduate of an accredited school for Medical Assistants, Surgical Technologists, or one year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician clinic setting + Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained current + Current medical assistant credential from a nationally recognized Medical Assistant Credentiali To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
