Part Time to Full Time•3 Hormone Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing hormone optimization and wellness clinic in Overland Park, Kansas. We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and patient-focused CMA who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and patient experience. Hormone Treatment Centers specializes in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, regenerative wellness, and preventative health. Schedule Required Days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Typical hours: 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Additional Opportunity Potential for additional Monday and Tuesday hours as the clinic continues growing One half-day during the week may be scheduled depending on staffing and patient flow No nights or weekends ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties Prepare patients for appointments and obtain vitals Perform venipuncture and IM injections Assist providers with treatments and procedures Educate patients on therapies and post-care instructions Maintain accurate EMR documentation Keep rooms clean, stocked, and organized Administrative & Front Desk Support Greet and assist patients professionally Answer phones and assist with scheduling Support patient check-in/check-out processes Assist with payments, patient forms, and administrative tasks Help support overall clinic flow and operations Qualifications CMA Certification required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Daytime schedule only Supportive, team-focused environment Training in hormone therapy, peptides, and medical weight loss Growth opportunities as HTC continues expanding About Hormone Treatment Centers Hormone Treatment Centers provides personalized, evidence-based therapies focused on hormone health, metabolic wellness, recovery, energy, and long-term vitality.
