Telephones Tasking Triage Pre-certifications Medication Refills Assistance with scheduling on occasion Rooming patients Obtaining and documenting patient vitals and histories. Preparing patients for exams. Assisting physician (provider) with exams and minor procedures Injections Stocking, monitoring and cleaning exam rooms/work area and patient waiting areas. As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to
HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN
regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings Various other duties as assigned/needed. Certified Nurses Assistants may also be considered for this position but must be willing to obtain certification in Clinical Medical Assisting within the first year of employment if hired.
