HealthFirst Bluegrass is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you'll partner with providers to deliver high-quality care, support positive patient experiences, and help ensure efficient clinic operations. What You'll Do Assist providers with patient exams, treatments, injections, and procedures. Record patient histories, vital signs, medications, immunizations, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record. Perform phlebotomy, laboratory testing, specimen collection, and other clinical support services. Support patient flow, coordinate referrals, schedule appointments, and assist with patient communications. Prepare exam rooms, maintain supplies, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for patients. Participate in team huddles and contribute to providing exceptional care and service. What You'll Bring Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or approved equivalent). Current CPR certification.
