Job Description
Job Summary As a Roomer, you will be the welcoming face and vital connector within our hospitality environment. Your energetic and proactive approach will ensure guests feel comfortable, valued, and well-cared-for from the moment they arrive. You will coordinate guest accommodations, manage reservations, and facilitate seamless communication between guests and the team to create an exceptional experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, positive atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and engaging first impression Manage reservations efficiently using our booking system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, addressing any special requests or needs Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards Provide information about amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, resolving issues with positive solutions Maintain organized records of bookings, guest preferences, and feedback to improve service quality You will be required to travel to other locations once a week every week. We pay you for milage. Experience Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred but not required Strong communication skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in reservation management software or willingness to learn new systems Ability to work 8:15am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Join us as a Roomer and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
