Medical Assistant Full-Time | Multiple Locations | Travel Required (2-3 times/week) We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to patient confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities:
Prepare exam rooms and equipment; assist physicians throughout patient visits Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, and collect urine specimens Reconcile medication lists and update pharmacy information Maintain accurate and timely patient records; ensure charts are prepared 48 hours prior to clinic and patients are called 2 days in advance Handle incoming lab orders and critical lab results; document and notify physician based on POD assignments Maintain active certifications (e.g., CPR) Adhere to OSHA standards and clinic safety protocols Build positive relationships with patients, providers, and team members Uphold professional appearance Travel between clinic locations as needed (2-3 times per week) Adapt quickly to scheduling changes and different clinic environments Support extended hours and late clinics as needed Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patients and staff
