Alexandria and Pineville, Louisiana Schedule Monday through Friday Typical shifts: 9:00 AM

  • 7:00 PM No weekends All major holidays off Compensation $15.00

00 per hour , based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills Opportunities for performance-based merit increases as you grow professionally and contribute to the success of our practice Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer profit sharing Paid Time Off (PTO) Discounted gym membership Monday-Friday work schedule No weekends All major holidays off Ongoing cross-training and professional development Stable employment with an established physician-owned medical practice Responsibilities Welcome patients with professionalism and compassion Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories Prepare patients for provider evaluation Administer intramuscular injections safely and accurately Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with patient care Perform accurate clinical documentation Maintain examination rooms and clinical supplies Follow OSHA, infection control, and patient safety protocols Assist with routine clinical procedures as directed Cross-train to perform front desk and reception responsibilities as needed Cross-train to perform in-house laboratory testing and operate laboratory analyzers following appropriate training Float between our Alexandria and Pineville clinic locations as needed Qualifications Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required Comfortable and proficient with intramuscular injections Previous experience is welcomed but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and professional demeanor Willingness to learn new clinical and administrative skills Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel between our Alexandria and Pineville locations as needed Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment Who Will Thrive Here We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient-focused Dependable and punctual Friendly, positive, and professional A strong team player Adaptable and eager to learn Organized and able to multitask Committed to delivering outstanding patient care every day Why Join Premier Urgent Care?
