This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of nursing facilities, assisting physicians in providing high-quality care to residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, medical procedures, contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. Our facilities are located throughout the greater Ruston area, including Arcadia, Bernice, Farmerville, Jena, Ringgold, Ruston, Winnfield and Natchitoches , offering a diverse and dynamic work environment. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to different nursing facilities within these service areas as needed. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced medical setting and plays an essential role in supporting physicians, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience during visits Skills Experience working in nursing facilities Excellent patient service skills with compassionate communication abilities Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required We seek motivated individuals committed to professional growth within the medical field.
