Looking for a healthcare opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends? Join our clinic team and help provide an exceptional experience for patients while working alongside a collaborative group of healthcare professionals. Schedule & Highlights Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends! Outpatient clinic setting Consistent daytime schedule Opportunity to work directly with patients and clinical team members What You'll Do In this role, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while providing hands-on support to patients and the care team. Patient & Clinical Support Welcome patients and assist throughout their clinic visit. Measure and document vital signs and communicate abnormal findings to nursing staff or providers. Assist with scheduling new and follow-up appointments. Help ensure patients have a smooth arrival and check-out experience. Recognize urgent or emergency situations and respond according to established procedures. Prepare, clean, disinfect and maintain clinic equipment and exam rooms. Stock exam rooms and maintain necessary clinical supplies and linens. Collect, prepare and secure laboratory specimens for testing or transport, as needed. Documentation & Coordination Accurately document information in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR). Access laboratory and radiology results and outside medical records. Update patient demographic information and coordinate follow-up appointments. Assist with obtaining and organizing clinical documentation for provider review. Request medical records from outside facilities and scan appropriate documentation into the EMR. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Clinic & Team Support Provide professional, courteous and compassionate service to patients, caregivers and team members. Communicate clinic needs, concerns and activities to leadership. Assist with telephone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team member. Follow established safety and infection-prevention practices. Participate in quality and safety initiatives that support excellent patient care. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience. Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association. Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with general medical terminology. Ability to maintain accurate patient records and confidential information. Basic computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently. Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
