Key responsibilities include:

Assisting clinicians with routine clinical procedures and tests Preparing patients for examinations and measuring vital signs Ensuring all pre-visit work is completed and lab/test results are documented in the EMR Updating and maintaining accurate patient records, including demographics, medications, allergies, and medical history Recommending patient preparation and testing requirements Reconciliation of medications and managing prescriptions Performing point-of-care testing (e.g., strep, urine, glucose) Providing patient education and addressing concerns Supporting efficient patient flow and communication about visit status Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant Certification preferred Computer literacy and EMR experience

Preferred:
