Primary care / Occupational Health (Employee clinic)
Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
8 am to 5 pm 40 hours weekly
Overview:
Seeking an experienced CMA Admin Assistant for a Primary Care clinic in Cambridge, MA, offering multiple levels of patient care services. This position combines front office administrative responsibilities with clinical support in an outpatient setting. Primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, patient check-ins/check-outs, scheduling appointments, and maintaining daily office operations. Clinical responsibilities include rooming patients, performing lab draws, conducting point-of-care testing, and supporting providers with patient care activities. Qualifictions Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, occupational health, or similar settings is highly preferred Must be a nationally certified Medical Assistant or be able to provide a Medical Assistant diploma with transcripts Phlebotomy skills are required Experience using Epic EMR is preferred Must have an active BLS or be willing to obtain it post-offer Must have a clean background #Workwolf
