In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support in primary care. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth clinical operations, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient interactions. Responsibilities Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration. Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures by preparing the necessary equipment and ensuring patient comfort. Support clinical workflows by managing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently. Conduct basic laboratory tasks such as specimen collection and maintaining accurate records. Certification to administer Basic Life Support (BLS). Maintain a high standard of patient service by addressing questions, providing education on treatment plans, and ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse patient populations. Document all clinical activities meticulously to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Experience Candidates should have prior experience working in outpatient clinics or hospital settings with exposure to various specialties such as dermatology, internal medicine, or emergency medicine, familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy and physiology. A valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to demonstrate readiness for emergency situations. Candidates with clinic experience involving inpatient or outpatient care across diverse medical disciplines will thrive in this role.
