Medical Assistant

Overview Established office in Springfield seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented medical assistant. The right candidate must be a go getter and have a pleasant personality and be dependable and reliable. Ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth operations within the medical office. This position requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Duties include:

Interacting with patients in a positive and professional manner, provide information and assistance as needed. Assist healthcare providers with patient care tasks as needed. Handle phone inquiries and process refills requests Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance overall patient service experience. Set-up of EKG machines; administer injections Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
