Contract Details:
Full time, part time, flexible hours available Career Land Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a contract basis. We offer both full time and part time positions with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our patients and staff. As an LPN at Career Land Center, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional medical services to our patients. You will work closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures Provide wound care and dressing changes Educate patients and their families on proper care and self-management techniques Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Adhere to all nursing standards and procedures Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
