HealthyU is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to healthcare providers. This role involves both clinical and front-office responsibilities to ensure smooth patient care and operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate patient records and update EHR systems. Support front-office functions, including patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referrals as necessary. Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and minor procedures. Prepare and sanitize examination rooms, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collect and document patient history and vital signs accurately. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. Provide patient education and post-visit instructions. Maintain and restock office and medical supplies as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Medical Assistant Certification required.

• A minimum of 1
• 5 year experience as a medical assistant.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EHR systems).
• Athena Experience highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.

) Reliable transportation is required for all positions, as occasional travel to other clinic locations may be necessary.
