We are a very busy Milford Podiatry Office satelliting one day per week in Waltham Massachusetts. Looking for minimum two years' experience in both the front and back-office workflow. Apply Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining processes clearly and ensuring their comfort. Support clinical procedures Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient inform Process routine specimen collection for diagnostic testing. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, coordinating appointments, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and healthcare teams.
