We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs Assist providers with patient care and office procedures Update and maintain accurate medical records Handle patient phone calls, scheduling, and follow-up communication Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription requests Prepare and stock exam rooms Support daily office workflow and patient care operations

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification required Previous medical assistant experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting EMR experience preferred Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
